Terms and Conditions
This page sets out the rules for using SurfPlay. It explains the relationship between us and our users, what we expect from account holders, and the basic operational rules that apply to gameplay, payments and promotions. By registering an account and using the site you agree to these terms and any related rules we publish in the cashier or promotions areas.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Only one account is allowed per person, household, IP address or device. We may suspend, restrict or close accounts where we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, chargebacks or other breaches of these terms. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Eligibility requirements
To open and operate an account you must meet the legal gambling age applicable to your region - SurfPlay requires a minimum age of 18. You must register with truthful information and only play from countries where SurfPlay is available. We reserve the right to refuse registration where local law or our policies restrict access.
Acceptable platform use
Users must not use the site for unlawful activity, collusion, or to exploit system errors. Any behaviour intended to manipulate games, outcomes, bonuses or promotions - including use of prohibited tools, automated scripts or multiple accounts - is prohibited. If we identify abuse we may void bets, cancel bonuses and withhold winnings pending investigation.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to specific terms that appear on the promotions page or in the cashier when you opt in. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and free spins are subject to wagering requirements and limits. Typical welcome offers carry wagering of around 40x on bonus funds and a maximum bet limit while wagering (for Canadian players this may be $3 per spin/round where such a limit applies). Bonuses often expire within 7 days and free spins may have shorter use windows. Only one active bonus may apply to an account at a time; excluded games and other restrictions will be listed in the promotion terms. We may cancel or adjust promotions if we identify abuse or technical problems.
Deposits, verification and withdrawals
Available payment methods and minimum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier. A minimum deposit of around $30 is typical for many regions, but exact minimums and method availability may vary. Deposits are usually processed instantly; network or third-party fees may apply.
Account verification
We require identity and payment verification before processing larger withdrawals or when account activity triggers security checks. Verification commonly requires government ID, proof of address and proof of payment ownership. Verification times vary and may take from a few hours up to 48 hours depending on documentation provided and the volume of requests.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal times depend on the chosen method and our verification status. Once approved, e-wallet and cryptocurrency payouts are often fastest while bank transfers may take longer. We may apply limits to withdrawals by method or by VIP level; specific limits are published in the cashier and account settings.
Dispute resolution
If you have a dispute please contact support so we can investigate. We aim to resolve issues through our internal compliance process. SurfPlay is operated under a Dama N.V. arrangement and holds a Curaçao eGaming sublicense (8048/JAZ); disputes are handled in accordance with that licence and applicable terms. Updates to terms and conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes occur we will publish the updated terms on the site and, where appropriate, notify registered users.
